The manager will oversee event supply operations, sales strategy, and client service delivery, ensuring seamless execution of both corporate and social events in Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth through new client acquisition and repeat business.
Manage event supplies including tents, décor, sound systems, and catering equipment.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to boost brand visibility.
Coordinate logistics with the operations team for flawless event execution.
Maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve company targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in event management or sales.
Proven track record in sales growth and client relationship management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
Knowledge of Nairobi’s event management industry trends is an added advantage.
